Prego Appt Update:

Well it was a GREAT appointment yesterday. We got to see Thayer again and see him wiggle feet/toes (which look huge) and flex his bicep! The measurements show him at 6lbs14ozs at this time and is on track to be a 7.5-8.5 baby! What really shocked me is the time line that we are now on. Are you kidding me! We are about 3 weeks from having this baby and I do not even feel the least bit prepared. I do have the feeling that we will be inducing on the 23rd just b/c it is my luck to go over. I need to finish up the hospital bag fo sho! I keep looking at it every morning and planning on completing it that evening...but it seems that when I get home I sit on my fat A and only get up for a snack or H2O. I really need to start getting some work done around the house if this baby is so close!

Above is the ultrasound from yesterday! It is a profile - so you can make out his nose, cheek, an eye and forehead. On top of that, he is giving us a flex with his bicep. Really he is probably just moving his hand around - but no one kill my fantasies! Chris asked the ultrasound tech if he looks like a quarterback or a strong safety and she replied that they are not that advanced yet in ultrasound technology! What she could tell us was that (and this is amazing to me) he is pretty bald minus a few strands of hair on the back area of his head. I guess we will see in a few weeks color!
