Well, we have completed the last baby shower and little Thayer should be all set for whatever life throws his way! My work really did a good job at the baby shower seeing that we were limited to an hour on a Friday. In this jammed packed hour we played 2 games, ate cake and opened gifts! Zonks! My team really blessed us with getting us the monitor that we wanted from Target - a nice one with a TV monitor for our room including night time vision! SWEET! Chris did not get a chance to play with it this weekend, but I am sure it will be popped out of the box soon enough!

So, I think that I might have hit the nesting phase - that or I am just a clean freak (like always). B/c I can't get on hands and knees, I made Chris clean the nasty (or what I thought was nasty) baseboards. I gave our bathroom a good old scrub down that had not been done in about a month - I never thought that bathroom could look so clean and I gazed at it for about 10 minutes after I was finished! It was a gorgeous sight indeed! I also washed and put up a lot of the items that Thayer received at the shower and put up all the tissue paper and bags! I felt like I accomplished a lot this weekend, but Chris did more than I did. I bet he can't wait for me to have my full energy back for cleaning...it might be while! One last thing that is totally grossing me out and that I want done are the carpets - not b/c Thayer will be crawling on them anytime soon, but b/c they are totally sicking me out and making it so I do not even walk barefoot in my own home! Our carpet cleaner is just not cutting it these days (I think that it is broken) so I might have to call in professionals!

Anyways, 35 days to go and counting down!
