What a fun week at work - really it has not been (note a hint of sarcasm). It is just really busy, but the time is going really slow! The only thing that is getting me through the week is that I get Julia's BBQ eatin's again on Friday evening and a pool party/baby shower from visionweb (Chris' employer) which I am very excited for! We are also having Chris' birthday party this weekend; a little early but best seeing that in July I might not feel up to it or we might have a kid!

Speaking of! Docs visit went well yesterday with zero weight gain - which i account to the fact that I am not eating ice cream 1-2 times a day anymore. Goodbye ice cream and hello apple sauce! Blood pressure was good - actually less than it was at week 30. Doc is very pleased and on the next visit she is even checking if I am dilated at all. I can't believe how soon it is! NEXT MONTH Chris and I will have a kid! Zonks!

I told Dr. Orth yesterday that I want to get a shirt made to change into for the drive into the hospital that says on the front "Give me the Epidural" and on the back "Now!" She laughed so loud I thought that other patients would pop heads out of the rooms! But you know, that was the reaction I wanted! I want to be her funniest and coolest patient!

Another one thing that I am pleased about is that if Thayer decides to make his grand entrance early Chris and I could be totally fine with what we have now - I still need to pack the hospital bag, but they say to have that done by week 36, so I have 2 weeks to complete. I did head to Target this week and buy travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner, soap...all the essentials and place them in a ziplock! That was really fun! I also bought chapstick, lotion, contact case, and toothbrushes for the bag. I need to get going on this packing thing! Next decision - what outfit does Thayer come home in? Chris has nixed everything I have shown him - so it might just be a cute onesie outfit!
